What does Veridian do?
Veridian Solutions, LLC is a supply chain systems consultancy. We help distributors, retailers, manufacturers and logistics providers plan, select, implement, optimize and support the software that runs their warehouses and order fulfillment, above all warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS) from Manhattan Associates, where Veridian is a preferred implementation partner.
The firm was started by Jason Rosing and Sandeep Patel, who met in 2011 and saw the same problem from two sides: supply chain projects were long, resource-heavy and priced by the hour, and the tools consultants used had not changed in years. Veridian was built to do the opposite. We invest in research and development to reduce man-hours, we automate the repetitive parts of a project with our own AutoMate software, and we measure ourselves on whether the client's system works, not on how many hours we billed.

How do the services fit together?
The five services are stages of one lifecycle, and many clients use more than one. A planning engagement often turns into a selection, a selection into an implementation, and an implementation into optimization and ongoing support. Because the same Veridian team can carry a client through every stage, knowledge does not get lost at hand-offs and the client never has to re-explain their operation.
Two things run through all five services:
- Manhattan Associates expertise. Veridian is a preferred implementation partner of Manhattan Associates and specializes in the implementation and optimization of Manhattan's supply chain suite, including WMS and OMS. See our Manhattan Associates partnership.
- AutoMate automation tools. Our ConfigBuilder, ScriptWriter and FileSync products automate configuration migration, testing and file deployment for Manhattan Associates WMS and OMS. They are used inside our projects and licensed to clients who want the same speed and accuracy on their own.
